Case No. 92 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 405 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. 3. It was submitted that the petitioner has withdrawn Rs. 25,000/-, which was deposited in the account of his mother, while the account was put on hold. It was further submitted that when the petitioner came to know that the account of mother of the petitioner was put on hold, he returned the said amount. 4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but he does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with Dumka (Town) P.S.
