During enqu['ry, the saI'd four women stated that they were engaged by A3 for prost!-tution jn the lodge by paying some amount for sharI'ng Sex with male customers, poll'ce recorded the statements of four victim women and arrested Al and A2. Thl's petition was filed by A3 and A4 for grant of anticjpatory bail. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petit[|oners and learned Assistant publI-C Prosecutor for respondent-state. perused the record. 5. Learned Assistant publl-c Prosecutor submits that I'nVeStigatI'On iS going on and some more wl'tnesses are to be examined. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that, basI-ng on the confessional statement of co-accused, names of the petl'tioners were added as accused in the present crime. Except the confessI-Onal statement, there is no other materI'al available on record to \,-_I i-I G=------m connect the peti{joners with the crime. ln vI-eW Of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court js I'nCII'ned to consider the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticjpatory bail. 7.
