Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 165 of 2025 arising out of Noamundi P.S. Case No. 10 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 126 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted one Sunil Tiriya, who lives in the house of the Informant, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4. It was submitted that there is allegation against the petitioners of assaulting the deceased by slap and fists. It was further submitted that even assuming the allegation to be true, at best, the offence will be made out under section 106 of the B.N.S 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Sessions Trial Case No. 165 of 2025 arising out of Noamundi P.S.
