The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already complied with the notice under section 41(A) Cr.P.C. and nothing has come on record and in view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move before the learned Court in terms of Judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Anr. reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51. 3. Learned counsel for the State has got no objection. 4.
