Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant matter can be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.6628 of 2021 (Anil Kumar Goel vs. The Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. & Ors.) decided on 24.02.2022 along with connected matters. As the issue raised in the instant petition squarely covered by the said judgment.
