Page No.# 3/3 2. The claimants Mafida Begum, Miss Helima Wahida, Miss Jerifa Wahida and Washim Islam, are present. 3. Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The Insurer has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs and Fifty Thousand) as compensation to the claimants. The Insurer has already deposited Rs.8,01,658/- (Rupees Eight Lacs One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Eight). The Insurer is directed to pay the remaining amount of Rs.3,48,342/- (Rupees Three Lacs Forty Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Two) within six weeks from today. 4. The claimant No. 1 is allowed to withdraw the entire amount of Rs.11,50,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lacs and Fifty Thousand) deposited by the Insurer on being identified by the Registry of this Court and also being identified by Mr. N. Debnath, learned counsel for the claimants. 5. The Insurer is allowed to withdraw the statutory deposit from the Registry of this Court. 6.
