Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. 3. It is seen that though the petitioner had not submitted any explanation in response to the earlier communications, subsequently, on 04.09.2025, he has submitted two representations before the respondents. 4. In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the said representations dated 04.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. 5. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
