Case No. 30 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. On 31.03.2023 at 6.30 p.m., son of the Informant namely Rajan Kumar was found murdered near Bishrampur-Pandu Main Road at Barwadih. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioners that due to the previous enmity, they might have committed the murder of the deceased. 4. It was submitted that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of these petitioners. 5. Ms. Mohua Palit, learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Palamau in connection with Rehla P.S.
