Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Boarijore P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 238 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Shri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda. 3. On 18.05.2025 at about 4.00 pm, the husband of the informant, namely, Talu Murmu @ Kailu left his house. Thereafter, he went missing. On 19.05.2025 at about 6.30 am, the dead body of the deceased was found from a place near a pond at Village- Chandsar. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It was further submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. It was finally submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on pointing out of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail, but he does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Remi Praphul Baa, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Godda, or his successor, in connection with Boarijore P.S.
