Mazumdar, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, PHE Department as well as Mr. R. K. Talukdar, learned Standing Counsel, AG (A & E), Assam appearing for the respondents. This I.A. has been filed with a prayer to correct the cause title in the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in WP(C) No.4262/2024. Mr. Mazumdar submits that the word “Water” against the name Chief Engineer (PHE) i.e. the respondent No.2 has not been included in the certified copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.4262/2024. Hence, this I.A. The learned counsel for the OPs/respondents submits that they do not have any objection if the prayer is allowed. In view of the above, Registry is directed to verify and correct the cause title in terms of the observations made above and thereafter, issue a fresh certified copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 to the petitioner without any cost.
