Case No. 88 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 354, 354B, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have raped the prosecutrix. 4. It was submitted that the victim was having consensual sex with the petitioner and when she was seen by the witnesses, this case has been instituted. 5.
