The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is therefore, pray that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quashed the FIR bearing Crime No. 113/2025 registered against the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 3. Admittedly, after the registration of the FIR, the investigation has been concluded and the charge-sheet has been submitted and though the same has been filed in the present petition, but the petitioner has not challenged the charge-sheet nor has annexed the order-sheets of the case. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District- Raipur (C.G.). 6.
