On 20.02.2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant and the matter was directed to be listed on 19.03.2025 under the caption “for dismissal”. Thereafter, when the matter came up for hearing on 05.05.2025, 09.05.2025 and 17.06.2025, as there was no representation for the appellant and the matter was adjourned to 20.06.2025. On 20.06.2025 also, when the matter came up for hearing, there was no representation for the appellant, and hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption “for dismissal” on 27.06.2025. Even today also, though the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation for the appellant. It indicates that the appellant is not diligent in pursuing the matter.
