Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 308 , 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners assaulted informant and her gotni with lathi and danda . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition . 5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate – Ist Class bHojpur Ara in connection with sahar P.S.
