The petitioner claims payment on account of his service provided as driver of an ambulance. 2. It appears that there is no document to suggest that the petitioner was engaged as driver by the Government or any of its parastatals. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was engaged by the Red Cross Society. 4. This Court cannot direct the Red Cross Society, not being a Government entity under Article 12 of the Constitution, to release payment in favour of the petitioner. 5. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. 6. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 7. Dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. 8. Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record. 9. All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. 10.
