He has also responded to the same on 13.11.2025 and Mr.K.K.Kannan, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents accedes to the receipt of the said reply. 2.In such circumstances, the prayer for a Mandamus directing R2 to drop the proceedings initated under the impugned notice cannot be accepted, as it is for the authorities to consider the reply of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 and proceed in accordance with law, including the provisions of the aforesaid enactment.
