The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court, by order dated 27.11.2024, and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. She also submits that in the meanwhile, the charge sheet has been laid in this case and the petitioner has received summons from the Trial Court in PRC Case No. 78/2025. 3. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been laid in this case as well as the fact that the petitioner has complied with the directions of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, by order dated 27.11.2024 is hereby made absolute with a condition that the petitioner shall continue to co-operate in the trial. 4.
