Heard the parties. 3. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 90 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 308, 311, 3(5), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 4. On 09.12.2024, house of co-accused Sandeep Pramanik was raided and from there, eight live cartridges and naxal literatures were recovered. 5. It was submitted that the petitioners were not apprehended at the spot. It was further submitted that names of the petitioners have come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sandeep Pramanik, who has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No. 2791 of 2025. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S.
