This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the the respondent no. 2/ Naib Tehsildar, Bhimpura, Tehsil-Belthara, District-Ballia to consider and decide the Mutation case No. 991 of 2023, Computer Case No. T202315090700991 (Smt. Mamta Yadav Vs. Shyam Bahadur Yadav) under section 34 U.P. Revenue Code-2006 filed by the respondent No.4 which is still pending before him since 24.03.2023 to till date." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is opposite party in the proceedings and the aforesaid case is pending consideration, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the aforesaid case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
