2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(i), 74, 303(2), 117(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. Petitioners along with other accused persons are said to have assaulted the informant and her family members and also misbehave with her. They also demanded Rs. 10,00,000/- as Rangdari.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. No such occurrence
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15802 of 2025(2) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 as alleged has ever taken place. They have been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. There is specific allegation against co- accused Bablu Yadav. Petitioners have criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application and they are languishing in judicial custody since 09.12.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Magadh University P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024.
