CWP No. 9227 of 2024 Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions, dated 28.04.2025, which go to indicate that the respondents have now taken a decision to the effect that the previously merged Government Primary School Kaza-II into Government Primary School Kaza-I vide notification dated 17.08.2024, shall continue to function as Government Primary School Kaza-II, till further orders. Since the respondents have acceded to the request of the petitioner, therefore, no further order is required to be passed and as such, the instant petition is closed. CWP No. 11041 of 2024 Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions, dated 28.04.2025, whereby the respondents have now taken a decision not to merge Government Primary School, Tangti Yongma into Government Primary School, Tangti Gongma as was earlier ordered vide notification dated 17.08.2024.Consequently, the petition is closed. CWP No.10275 of 2024 Learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions, dated 28.04.2025, which go to indicate that no new admission in current academic session 2025-26 has taken place and only three students, who were previously enrolled in Government Primary School, Manhum have already taken admission in other schools. Therefore, merger of Government Primary School, Manhum is upheld and the petition is closed. CWP No.9767 of 2024 Even though learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record instructions, dated 28.04.2025, which go to indicate that no new admission in current session has taken place, however, there are no instructions with regard to pre- nursery school and its strength.
