Ahmed, the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of Mr. H.R.A. Choudhury, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam, who submits that though the Case Diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, charge sheet has been laid bearing charge sheet No. 06/2025 dated 31.01.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court and have co-operated in the investigation in compliance with the directions of this Court. 3. In view of the submissions of the charge sheet, and in view of Page No.# 3/3 the fact that the petitioners have co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted to them, by order dated 22.01.2025 is hereby made absolute, subject to the condition they shall continue to co-operate in the trial. 4.
