The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired into and the same was closed. 3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands closed with direction to the respondent Police to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
