1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :-
“(a) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s),
order(s) or direction(s) commanding upon the respondent authority specially the revenue authority Circle Officer, Namkum, respondent no. 4 to record the name of the petitioner father and petitioner in Register-II, Volume-I, in place of the late Kangali Ram, Son of Sukhan Ram, who is illegally entered in the Register-II, Volume-I, in place of petitioner father, the above said Khata No. 84, Mauza-Hethu, Thana No. 298, the Late Somra Dom recorded Khatiyani Raiyati Son of Late Dashrath Dom, the total area of the land 2 Acres 40 decimals of the land in plot no. 650 and Plot No. 1322, the forefather of the private respondent no. 5, wrongly entered into the Register-II, Volume-I, by the concerning revenue authority without any lawful direction. - 1 - W.P.C No.4294 of 2025
2025:JHHC:24036 (b) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s),
order(s) or direction(s) commanding upon the respondent authority to entered the name of the petitioner father and the petitioner in Register – II, Volume - I, in place of the Kangali Ram in Block Namkum, in Khata No. 84, Thana No. 298, Mauza- Hethu, Plot No. 650 and 1322 and issue the rent receipt in favour of the petitioner father and the petitioner also, in this regard the petitioner has filed the representation before the Circle Officer Namkum, on 07.10.2024 and as well as before the respondent no. 2, on 07.10.2024, till today both the authority has not taken any action in respect of the grievances of the petitioner, which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the Article 300-A of the Constitution of India. (c) for issuance of an appropriate writ(s),
order(s) or direction(s) commanding upon the respondent authority to take the action as per the letter issued by the Secretary of the Revenue department dated 15.07.2020 (Annexure-5) to all the officers concerns who is the revenue authority of the State to make the necessary correction in the Zamabandi, as per the sale deed / patta / Hukumnama and entered the name to the genuine person whose land is belongs.”
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is, hereby,
disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands also
disposed of.
