JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 11-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State . 2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Digha P. S. Case No. 452 of 2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , 319.2 liters foreign liquor was recovered from the seized car. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of seized car. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2025 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge - II Patna in connection with Digha P.
