Keeping in view the above, all the appeals are admitted for the satisfaction of both the parties. CMP No.29 of 2026 of 2025 in CMP(M) No.2124 of 2025 8. The present application has been filed for filing of joint appeal adding the original writ petitioners as respondents in the common appeal. 9. The same is obviously being done for reducing the volume as such of filing the separate appeals against the common judgment, which is also for the writ petitioners. 10. Accordingly, the said application is allowed and the respondents-State is permitted to file joint appeal. 11. However, the prayer for impleadment of the Union of India through the Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi, as proforma respondent is dismissed with liberty to file afresh application. 12.
