CMP(M) Nos.2124, 2323, 2324, 2341, 2342, 2343, 2345, 2346, 2348, 2350, 2351, 2356, and 2357 of 2025 Keeping in view the averments made in the applications, which are duly supported by the affidavits of the official/applicants, the delay of 22 days in CMP(M) No.2124 of 2025 and delay of 47 & 48 days in CMP(M) Nos. 2323, 2324, 2341, 2342, 2343, 2345, 2346, 2348, 2350, 2351, 2356, and 2357 of 2025 respectively in filing the appeals are condoned.
2. The applications stand disposed off accordingly.
3. Appeals be registered.

5. Issue Notice. Mr. Arsh Rattan, learned Deputy Advocate General, appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
6. Keeping in view the above, all the appeals are admitted for the satisfaction of both the parties. CMP No.29 of 2026 of 2025 in CMP(M) No.2124 of 2025
8. The present application has been filed for filing of joint appeal adding the original writ petitioners as respondents in the common appeal.
9. The same is obviously being done for reducing the volume as such of filing the separate appeals against the common judgment, which is also for the writ petitioners.
10. Accordingly, the said application is allowed and the respondents-State is permitted to file joint appeal.
11. However, the prayer for impleadment of the Union of India through the Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, New Delhi, as proforma respondent is dismissed with liberty to file afresh application.

13. Notice. Mr. Vivek Negi, learned counsel appears and waives service of notice of behalf of the respondents.
