The matter comes upon for consideration of the I.A.(Civil) 3600/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with the prayer to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the connected writ appeal. Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has not seriously opposed the application. In view of the above and after going through the contents of the application, we deem it appropriate to condone the said delay. Accordingly, the delay of 1 day in filing the connected writ appeal is condoned. The interlocutory application is allowed.
