The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in issuing Proceedings in Rc.No.A1/ 11026 (43)/ 56/2023-1, dated 31.05.2023 transferring the Petitioners from Respondent No.3-Temple to Respondent No.4-Temple and consequential relieving orders of Respondent No.3, dated 01.06.2023, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous. In that view, no orders are required to be passed. 3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as infructuous. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
