However, such orders have not been placed on record by the respondents. Let needful be done before the next date of hearing. List on 25.03.2025.” 2 2025:HHC:7620 In compliance to the aforesaid order, the respondents have placed on record the instructions along with which a Notification dated 17.03.2025 has been annexed, which goes to indicate that the respondents have ordered the merger of GMS Ghera with GMS Chawari instead of GSSS Chah Ka Dohra (E/B Sunder Nagar-I), Distt. Mandi with immediate effect. 2. Consequently, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
