Petitioner is serving as Physical Education Teacher at GHS Dhanei under complex GSSS Udaipur, District Chamba. His grievance is that he has preferred a representation to respondents seeking his transfer under 5% quota for inter-district transfer in terms of notification dated 20.11.2021. Petitioner’s case though was forwarded by the concerned Headmaster vide Annexure P-4 on 07.05.2025, however, no decision till date has been taken thereupon. -2- 3. Looking to the nature of the grievance raised in this writ petition, it would in the interest of justice to direct Competent Authority to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as forwarded vide Annexure P-4 in accordance with law and as per applicable policy within a period of six weeks from today.
