3. It appears that the suit filed by the plaintiff has been dismissed under Order VII Rule 11 C.P.C. which amounts to decree within the meaning of Section 2 (2) of the C.P.C. Therefore, proper remedy to the petitioner is to file appeal before the competent court.
4. Accordingly, instant civil revision is dismissed as not maintainable.
