The petitioners, namely, (1) Md. Ayub Khan, son of Md. Karim Uddin and (2) Md. Saroj Khan, son of Alauddin, both are residents of Village-Kwakta, P.S. Moirang, District-Bishnupur, Manipur, have filed this application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, on 19.11.2024, praying for their bail in NDPS Case No. 24/2024 arising out of Dillai Police Station Case No. 72/2023 registered under Sections 21(C)/29 of the NDPS Act corresponding to G.R. No. 366/2023, wherein he was arrested on 20.12.2023 and is in custody since then. 3. After filing of the charge-sheet in said Dillai P.S. Case No. 72/2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 366/2023, charge under Section 21(c) of NDPS Act against the petitioners was framed on 10.07.2024 in said NDPS Case No. 24/2024 arising out of Dillai Police Station Case No. 72/2023, which is presently pending before the Court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Karbi Anglong at Diphu. 4. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Rahman, learned counsel is not pressing this bail application to which Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 5. Accordingly, this bail application, being not pressed, stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
