ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…..to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in including the names of ineligible Persons in the eligibility list for the month of September who have declined /not joined in the promotional post within the stipulated period of 15 days in the promotions effected for the month of July and August, 2019 as illegal, arbitrary and also contrary to the statutory rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.31 dt.23.6.2010 and G.O.Ms.No.67 dt.20.11.2010 and consequently direct the respondents to delete the names of ineligible persons from the eligibility list prepared for the month of September, 2019 or promotion to the post of

Headmaster Grade II and accordingly consider the promotion of the petitioners to the post of Headmaster Gr.II and to pass such other order or orders……”
2. Sri S.Harinath Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the relief has become infructuous and petition may be disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondents is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed, since relief has become infructuous. No order as to Costs.
