Jagjit, learned counsel along with Mr. Devdutt, learned counsel for the respondents. [2] The prayer in the writ petition is for disposal of the representation dated 09.12.2024 and also to direct the respondents to consider re-arrangement and review of the 4 (four) polling stations i.e. Nos. 17/39, 17/40, 17/41 & 17/42 of Lamsang Assembly Constituency to Uripok Assembly Constituency. [3] In the representation dated 09.12.2024, the prayer for re- arrangement is to be placed before the delimitation committee. It is submitted that as per RTI reply till now, no delimitation commission or committee has been constituted. [4] In the circumstances, Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that writ petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit fresh representation in this regard as and when delimitation commission is constituted. [5] Mr. A. Jagjit, learned counsel for the respondents, is agreeable to the proposal of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner. [6] Recording the submissions made at the bar, writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation as and when delimitation commission is constituted by the respondents.
