No.090, Police Station- Kotulpur, District-Bankura by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 25.03.2021. 3. On hearing the learned counsels for all the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the representation dated 25th March, 2021 submitted by the petitioner be considered by the respondent no.5 within sixty days from the date of communication of this order on hearing the 2 petitioner and by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law. 4. In case, the copy of the representation is not available with the respondent no.5, the petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the same. 5. With the aforesaid directions the writ application stands disposed of. 6.
