Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024 for the offence registered under Section 303 (2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. 3. On 16.12.2024, motorcycle of the informant was stolen away by unknown person near SBI, Sector-I, Bokaro Steel City. 4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got as many as seven cases of similar nature. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material available on record against the petitioner, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro, in connection with Bokaro Steel City P.S.
