1. Heard Mr. Shakti Raj Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the applicants. Also heard Ms. Sonia Kuldeep, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

“ It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 22.04.2022 and allowed the application of the applicant filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. and grant maintenance to the applicant in terms of the application in the interest of justice. ”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present criminal revision has become infructuous, as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
