On the ground that the 5th respondent, who is the petitioner's brother, had wrongly obtained patta exclusively in his name, the petitioner had applied for the cancellation thereof. The petitioner seeks early disposal of such appeal. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 4. He submits that the 3rd respondent would consider the appeal and pass orders thereon on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the pattadhar and the other legal representatives, if any, of late Periyasamy. 3. In view of the above submissions, it is not necessary to issue notice to the 5th respondent in this writ petition.
