Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance Planning appearing for the respondents. 2.
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/- in favour of the petitioner’s son in terms of G.O.Ms.No.29, dated 27.08.2016, despite the sanction of funds by the Government. 3. When the matter has been taken up for consideration today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed

before the Court a copy of instructions received by him in the case. A perusal of the same would reflect that the financial assistance has already been released in favour of the petitioner’s son. 4. Having regard to the same, since the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
