1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. The petitioner in this writ petition has sought fr a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations dated 20.02.2023 and 24.02.2023 as per Annexures - K and K1 and to modify entries in terms of the Order dated 19.01.2018 passed by the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, in Appeal No.57/2010.

3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No.3 herein is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner as per Annexures - K and K1 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and take appropriate action as per the provision contained under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is
disposed of. Consequently, I.A.1/2023 does not survive for
