When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Advocate General, on the basis of memo dated 21.08.2025, submitted that the petitioner vide representation dated 16.08.2025 addressed to the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, stated that he was satisfied with the enquiry conducted by the 3rd respondent–Superintendent of Police, found that there is no threat to him, and further informed that he is withdrawing the writ petition. A copy of the representation dated 16.08.2025 has been filed before this Court for perusal. 3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
