Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, it has been transpired that for livelihood both the petitioners are residing at present at Delhi but since being native of Aligarh they preferred petition before this Court for seeking protection at Delhi therefore the prayer sought through instant petition cannot be acceded. 5. In view of aforementioned facts and circumstances, the instant petition is hereby disposed of accordingly.
