The applicant has filed this application to withdraw the amount of Rs.4,90,028/- (Rupees Four Lacs Ninety Thousand and Twenty Eight) deposited by the Insurer. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. 4. Considering the submissions at the bar, the prayer for withdrawal of the deposited amount of Rs.4,90,028/- (Rupees Four Lacs Ninety Thousand and Twenty Eight) by the applicant is allowed subject to the condition that the applicant submits an indemnity bond before the Registry of this Court to the satisfaction of the Registry, who may allow the applicant to withdraw the amount after proper verification. 5.
