Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and his two brothers are the absolute owners and possessors of agricultural land
4 admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.56 cents in Sy.No.101 and Ac.0.27 cents in Sy.No.102/2, totaling to an extent of Ac.0.83 cents of Peddarangapu Village, Pulivendula Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. In which, the land to extent of Ac.0.41i/2 cents was acquired by the petitioner by way of succession. On 19.02.2025, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 2""^ respondent seeking deletion of the petitioner’s subject land i.e., an extent of Ac.0.411/2 cents out of Ac.0.56 cents in Sy.No.101 and Ac.0.27 cents in Sy.No.102/2, totaling to an extent of Ac.0.83 cents of Peddarangapuram Village, Pulivendula Mandal, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, from the prohibitory properties list duly maintained under Section 22A of Registration Act, 1908. Till date, the 2'"^ respondent neither considered the said representation passed any orders. learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Revenue and on perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 2^^ respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 19.02.2025 and appropriate orders within a period of four (04) months after providing pass an
5 opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other stake holders, if any, in accordance with law. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall
6. be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
