TALUKDAR Advocate for the Respondent : PP, ASSAM, BEFORE THE HON’BLE MR JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY O R D E R 13.05.2025 By this application under Section 482 of the BNSs, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Bahar Uddin has prayed for granting pre-arrest bail, who is apprehending arrest in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Karimganj PS case No. 308/2023 under Section 498(A)/342/326(B)/307/34 IPC. It is submitted by the learned Additional PP that charge-sheet has already been filed by the Investigating Officer being C.S. No. 523/2023 dated 25.11.2023 after completion of the investigation. In that view of the matter the present bail application stands disposed of by giving liberty to the applicant to appear before the learned court below by filing appropriate application seeking regular bail and in the event filing such petition, the learned court below shall consider the same in accordance with law. The interim order passed earlier shall remain in force till the petitioner appears before the learned trial court on receipt of summon and seek regular bail.
