Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Deputy Superintendent of Police Kamal Kishor and SI Ranjana Sharma, from Police Station, State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau, Shimla, are present in person in the Court. On the instructions of Sh. Kamal Kishor (Dy.S.P.), learned Additional Advocate General has filed the status report, which is ordered to be taken on record. 2. A perusal thereof demonstrates that the matter is being enquired into by the State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau and the officer present submits that the enquiry is on its way and it is likely to be completed within a period of 2-3 months. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:25292 3. Taking into consideration the status report, without making any observation on the merit of the case, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the enquiry that is being undertaken by the State Vigilance and Anti Corruption Bureau be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of three months from today and thereafter, the Department may proceed with the matter in accordance with law depending upon the outcome of the enquiry report.
