Order 12/07/2025
[2025:RJ-JP:25849] (2 of 2) [CW-1221/2021]
1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a direction be issued to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotputli to decide the claim petition of the petitioners seeking alternative land in lieu of the land of the petitioners, which was acquired by the respondents. Learned counsel submits that the aforesaid claim/notice for demand of justice submitted by the petitioners is pending before the SDO for a considerable time, so appropriate directions be issued for deciding the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.
2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioners, these writ petitions stand disposed of with directions to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Kotputli to decide the claim/notice for demand of justice (pending, if any) submitted by the petitioners, expeditiously as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. In case, any adverse order is passed against the petitioners, they would be at liberty to avail the alternative remedy available under the law.
5. Stay applications as well as all applications (pending, if any) also stand disposed of.
