Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent person and has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that the petitioner has been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive and to harass this petitioner. He further submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2021. He lastly submits that the other co-accused of this present case has been granted bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6885 of 2025.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner coupled with the fact of period of custody and other co-accused person has been granted bail; therefore, I am inclined to

enlarge this petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-XV, Ranchi, in connection with Bundu, P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021.
6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court, and shall not threaten any of the witnesses; failing which the learned trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel his bail.
