Ambedkar Konaseema District, without following due process of law. 2. Heard Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Iswarya, learned counsel representing Sri V.V. Satish, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 2 to 6. f SRS,J W.P.No.14988 of 2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1®* petitioner raised a wooden buddy shop in R.S.No.42 of Podalada Village, wherein the 2"^^ petitioner has been running a Xerox shop. Respondent No.6 released the electricity supply to the said premises. Be that as it may, respondents 6 & 7 are trying to disconnect the power supply, without following due process of 3. law. 4. Ms. Iswarya, learned counsel submitted the instructions of the Assistant Engineer, Operation, APEPDCL, Razone and would submit that respondent No.6 tried to serve notice dated 06.06.2025 to the 2'"'^ petitioner. However, the 2"^ petitioner refused to receive the same. Learned counsel would also submit that the Electricity Department received the instructions/inform ation from the Assistant Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department, about the illegal constructions made on the Gannavaram Main Canal and further requested to disconnect the power supply. Learned counsel would also submit that the respondents 6 & 7 will follow the due process of law. Given the instructions of the learned Standing Counsel, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 6 & 7 to follow the due process of law qua the service connection referred to supra.
