Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 128 of 2025 (N), for the offences registered under Sections 21(b) and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi. 3. It was submitted that 42.81 grams of brown sugar was recovered from possession of the petitioner and other co-accused persons. It was further submitted that quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was also submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 4. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Ranchi, in connection with Argora P.S.
